The El Dorado Community Foundation enables donors large and small with varied charitable interests to participate in tax-deductible charitable giving as a means to effect positive community change at any level.
Through the collective strength of professionally managed private donations and memorial gifts, as well as a variety of organization-specific and community endowment funds, the El Dorado Community Foundation supports inspired vision, responds directly to community needs, and strives to achieve a more expansive and inclusive concept of community well being and excellence for all.

Foundation Integrity
The El Dorado Community Foundation is an accredited community foundation. We are committed to financial security, transparency, and accountability.
We are proud to have achieved certification as a community foundation by the National Standards Action Team of the Council on Foundations. These standards have also been adopted by the League of California Community Foundations.
The El Dorado Community Foundation Board and staff would also like to assure you that our financials undergo a yearly independent outside audit prepared in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
